This Sauvignon Blanc is a lovely, light and zippy bottle of wine. With low alcohol, at 11.5%, it's verging on breakfast wine territory. Lemon/lime and unripe pineapple on the nose get repeated on the palate and there's a fresh, grassyness about it. If you are in the Oak Heights neighbourhood near Peterborough, Ontario, it's worth a taste. It stood up to our roast pork dinner.
