|Karen Anderson rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:|
I picked up a bottle of this at Kensington Wine Market in Calgary for less than $40.00
We are lucky in Alberta with our wine prices.
The wine is crisp, clean, non-oaky, and still good enough to fool the French into thinking its one of their own.
I made a lobster, mascarpone, ricotta mixture with a hint of vanilla bean and chopped arugula and stuffed it into pasta shells and called it Soft Shelled Lobster. It was subtle and made a nice pairing for this very subtle wine.
