A nice head of foam on this beer, though the retention was a little less than ideal.
The Moroccan Brown Ale by Spearhead states it's brewed in a Moroccan style with raisins, dates, figs and cinnamon. The first three show up on the nose along with burnt sugar and baking spices (other than cinnamon), and the cinnamon shows up mostly on the palate, though not perfectly integrated.
A nice warming beer at 6% abv for the cooler months.
