Some cracked black pepper spiciness from the 60% french barrel / 40% tank fermentation, and lots of red fruit, and in the background some supporting role players of baking spice, and vanilla/caramel.
Repeating flavours on the well-rounded palate.
Pairs fantastically with roast duck au jus.
