A blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with some Merlot to soften the tannins and Cabernet Franc for added flavour. Dark ripe blackberries layered on top of Chai spice followed up with dark chocolate and velvety soft tannins. A feast for the senses and best enjoyed with a feast. A 12oz rib eye feast.
