My first experience with a Garganega grape to the best of my knowledge. Hopefully it won't be my last. Garganega and Chardonnay combine for a fresh wine with tropical flavors with some spice and a nice crisp finish. The Appassimento on the label is a process Tommasi used to dry the grapes to concentrate the sugars, flavors and acids.
