A Sauvignon Blanc for $5.95? Couldn't believe it ... but it was true ... and it wasn't bad! It didn't have the classic grassy aroma I enjoy from Australian (or a certain favourite Sauv from Chile) nor the intense fruity tastes associated with traditional Sauvignon Blancs, but at this price I bought a couple case's to keep in the cellar (great 2nd or 3rd bottle!!).
It was pale yellow in colour with green tinges; medium aromas suggesting grapefruit, herbs and cut grass; It was bone-dry and light, and delivered slight grassy and citrusy tones
