I have recently discovered this wonderful Chianti, and although a Chianti is known for being dry, and this is dry, it is also so very tasty. This Sangiovese grape is perfectly done with toasty oak and lots of fruit and spicy flavour. It will become my go-to Italian wine, and it will delights the senses paired with pasta with a tomato sauce base. They are meant to go together.
