The reason i'm not a big fan of Chardonnay is that when i first tried one it was heavily oaked ... and that's not my cup of tea! This chardonnay was pale straw in colour and there was a hint of vanilla on the nose. I found it smooth and fruity with a crisp citrus taste.

We had this wine with lobster and it paired very well! Look for it to also pair well with pasta dishes!

Price alert ... just looked and it is on for an impressive $6.05/bottle here in Ontario ... getting a case at this price!
