Fruit from three vineyards was barrel fermented and aged to create the enticing fusion of aromas of honeyed orchard fruit, citrus, mineral and smoky toast. Dry, medium-full bodied, this vintage displays a lively acidity that frames spiced pear, apple and pithy citrus notes. It finishes clean, flavourful and long lasting. Savour with roast turkey or sample with St. Albert`s Caramelized Onion Cheddar.
