Tasting Note: One of Ontario's (and Canada's) benchmark bubblies. Aromas of ripe green apples, lime, and white peach all wrapped in a toasty blanket. Medium-bodied with great persistence of flavour. Refreshing, zesty and ultimately celebratory! Don't just toast weddings, anniversaries and birthdays, raise a glass to life and make it a celebration with this wine tonight.
