Score: 87/100

Tasting Note: Vintages Wine Panel: A blend of 55% Syrah and 45% Grenache, this Nîmes wine is filled with blackberry, soft spice, vanilla bean and underbrush aromas and flavours. Dry and appealing with fine fruit surrounded by gentle tannins and a hint of refreshing acidity. A great value from an up-and-coming region. My note: A tasty, full-bodied red with generous notes of black raspberries and blackberries. Supple with a satisfyingly long finish. Immeniently gulpable.

More pairings: beef: roast, cheddar: sharp: 5 years - 12 years, cheddar: smoked, cheddar: tomato basil, ginger, pas de l'Escalette, Perail de Brebis. More pairings...
