Tasting Note: Vintages Wine Panel: Citrus-, peach-, apple-, toast and mango-scented Chardonnay with a lovely round and ripe texture on the palate. Mid-palate acids come in to bring a fine balance. It’s fairly full bodied and has a long fruity/oaky finish. My note: Good value for this toasty, buttery Chardonnay with green apple notes. Full-bodied and supple.
Food matches: grilled chicken with a wild mushroom sauce
More pairings: chicken/turkey tetrazzini, cream casserole, coquilles st. jacques, dressing: oyster, dressings: cheesy: blue cheese, pork chops with maple glaze, potato cakes (kugel), salads: green.
