This Merlot and Malbec blend is deep pink with a slight red tinge. The medium-bodied wine is loaded with red fruit aromas and flavors of ripe wild strawberries, raspberries, cherries, fresh herbs, white floral notes and a wet stone minerality. The palate carries through nicely with a full body, yeasty notes, flavors of marzipan, apple pie, lemon zest and a bold, chalky, limestone minerality. It is capped by a long finish. Drink now. Serve at 6-10C with anything from sushi, oysters, or roasted chicken.
