This Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of ripe red fruits and chocolate, with hints of black pepper and cassis. In the mouth it is deep with blackberries and ripe plums. The velvety tannins are soft and lasting. Pairs with red meats, BBQ's and stews.

70% of this Chardonnay comes from the Duncan Vineyard on the Naramata Bench and 30% from the MeyerStone Vineyard in Osoyoos. Aged and fermented in 50% new French oak with the balance aged in young French oak for 11 months. The use of oak does not mask the fresh, tangy flavours of citrus and peach. With a beautiful touch of butteriness. Only 96 cases of this Chardonnay were made.
