Raegan Stuart scored this wine: 93/100

This is a fantastic Nova Scotian Riesling that pairs well with a various array of seafood and other light fair. It is crisp, fairly dry, but with tropical sipping notes, that conveys a touch of sweetness. Soft but bright acidity waters your cheeks ever so slightly, and the aromatics that tickle your senses makes you want to finish the bottle!

This fruit forward, dry rose pairs with most meat, bbq fare and light appetizers such as shrimp, salmon, and is a nice change compared to the overly sweet roses i come across, however complexity is lacking. There is a light wild rose floral note, and field strawberries.

Clean, crisp and so easy drinking! This Pinot Gris has a beautiful mineral core that blooms out over your tongue into light notes of white stone fruit that dances over your palate and makes your cheeks water with brilliant acidity. The medium-long finish of this wine really keeps you sipping. A great food friendly wine that can cut through fat, pair nice with fish, or keep you refreshed on a hot summers day.

2012 Vintage of this great Sauvignon Blanc crafted by Peller Estates, is much more complex than that of the 2011 vintage. Expressing overripe grapefruit on the nose, and hints of gooseberries and white asparagus, this wine really opens up over time, surprising you with light notes of stinky cheese that just screams "drink me now with goats cheese!"

I enjoyed this Petit Sirah very much. Deep and inky in the glass, this unique grape varietal held up to my beef tenderloin well. Notes of light vanilla spice, black current leaf, and a dusting of mocha awaken your senses on your first smell, to then finally sip the tastes of dark fruit along with black pepper overlays and succulent spice. Rich in texture, this wine has a good backbone of tannins and acidity making it a great value wine. Try something new! Petit Sirah may surprise you.
