We opened this wine early because we had to clear a few bottles from the cellar due to a smaller shelving system. So, while we would normally drink 2005 wines this 2008 did not fit in the new rack. That said this is a delightful Shiraz with lots of plumy fruit and very smooth tannins. It has a lovely smooth finish and we are happy that we have a few bottles left to enjoy! Drink now if you have any!
