Tasted Sept. 19, 2018. Colour a nice medium ruby. Legs medium. Aromas and flavours of, cherry, sweet spices, tobacco, cloves, black pepper, cigar box. Taste extra dry, full body, mature round soft polished tannins. Fruit minus, mouthwatering, medium alcohol. Long oak flavour after taste. I like this wine it I was elegant to drink and a pleasure to try. A great match for beef, or lamb. Worth th price.

Tasted Sept. 19, 2018. Colour medium ruby. Legs thick. Aromas and flavours of, cherry, strawberry sauce, spice, cedar and wood burner. Taste extra dry, full body, ripe fruit, grippy in your face tannin. Some mouthwatering, the alcohol is balance with the tannin. Long complex oak inspired finish. This is a nice wine that shows what Tempranillo can do when aged in oak. Highly recommended try. Just add a nice lamb dish.

Tasted Sept. 15th, 2018. Colour dark ruby red. Legs thick. Aromas and flavours of, black cherry, plum, blackberry, black licorice, cured meat, smoke. Taste extra dry, medium plus body, dark fruity plus, balanced with tannin and alcohol. Finish long and complex. Stays with you on the palate for awhile. I like this wine very rich with fruit and compelxity. Recommend letting stay open for awhile. Can use a slight chill 18C to bring out flavours. Made to drink now or over next two years. Pair with BBQ or spanish tapas.

Tasted Sept 13th 2018. Colour bright ruby red. Legs medium. Aromas and flavours of red fruit, currant, strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, red plum, wood smoke and spice. Taste extra dry, medium body, full on red fruit all over the palate, cedar soft tannin balanced with the fruit. Mouthwatering, medium alcohol. Finish long fruit and spice finish. I like this blend. The wine would match well with lamb dishes. Good value. Recommended try. It is an organic and biodynamic wine that has a nice fruity taste.
