Wine and Design Tasting Event at Corner Lot Home Decor – Toronto May 31

Looking for wine and design inspirations? Come to Corner Lots first tweetup. We will be having a great night of sharing wine, nibblies and design in my own store. Looking forward to meeting great new people who live to talk about wine and design. We will have lots of places to sit and hang out. Bring your favorite bottle of wine and some thoughts about room design. We will provide the glasses.

We’re happy to announce that Peter Brooks of Bedford Brooks will be our featured designer at the party and starting Monday May 14 Peter Brooks and company will be redesigning our store for the event. We will post pictures as they work their magic and will be at the party to speak and answer questions about design and decor.

@mattwineguy will be speaking about wine.

Everyone is either bringing a bottle of their favourite wine or some food.

Coach House shortbread will be there.

Cheesewerks is bringing cheese treats.

The Great Canadian Cheese Festival in Prince Edward County is sending us cheese. The festival starts June 1 so they can’t attend, but will send yummies.

Other local restaurants/shops will be invited as guests and asked to bring small potluck.

DJ, friend of owner, Chris Collins.

The event is open to anyone and all they need to do is bring a bottle of wine. It will be very fun and full of food and wine lovers. We are thrilled that Allen Gelberg of MARS centre is coming!

  1. Thank you so much for listing this, Natalie. It will be an amazing party. Matt James is selecting and pouring awesome wines plus each guest is bringing a bottle of their favourite. There will be outdoor space with ethanol fireplaces and we are working on getting at least one food truck there. The RSVP stands at about 90 now and we anticipate more. It will be full of wine and food bloggers, tweeters, and lovers. Wish you could come!
