2011 Seifried Riesling, South Island, New Zealand

2008 Valle Andino Syrah, Rapel Valley, Chile

Pretty darn amazing for the price, even at twice the price. Lusciously ripe black fruit with layers of juicy pleasure that will make you regret buying only one bottle. 2005 Gemma Barolo, Piedmont, Italy

Superb! Big tannic grip but gorgeous flavours flow in and around that dry feeling with juicy dried cherries and leather and smoke. Full-bodied with an incredibly long finish.  185025  14%  XD  750 mL  $36.95  Score: 95/100. Top Rated Red Wine

 

 

 

2011 Petit Rimauresq Grenache Cinsault Syrah Rosé, Côtes De Provence, France

Rose-petal, spring day pretty! Terrific acidity for grilled salmon. Lovely, fleeting notes of fresh field strawberries. Drink: 2012-2014.  276360  13%  XD  750 mL  $13.95  Score: 91/100. Best Value Rosé

 

2011 Quails’ Gate Rosé, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia

Full-bodied for rose but medium in the grand wine scheme of things. Delightfully flavourful with aromas of field raspberries and some nutmeg. The most un-boring rose I’ve tasted. I’m getting a case. Drink: 2012-2014.  275842  13%  XD  750 mL  $17.95  Score: 92/100. Top Rated Rosé
